IP#19 : making_of making_off installation consists of the scenography simulation and mockumentary video performance made within one day’s action entitled O/Upór for BWA Wrocław Galleries of Contemporary Art. Artists from IP Group resist in their work the mechanisms that limit the freedom to act – both in the context of art institutions and social activism. Setting up their own stubbornness and consequence in accomplishing activities, they are focusing on the presence and non-presence of the artist in the exhibition space. They are also testing dangerous relations between art and violence.
