Martha’s Garden

MARTHA’S GARDEN in an opera-performance for one female voice, one actor, electronic media and instruments written by Piotr Jaska and composed by Cezary Duchnowski. The narrative pivots around a discussion about love between a woman and a man who, wanting to proclaim their love for each other, stand facing the public. Resigning from the manifestation of their love, they attempt to recreate their dreams, maintaining their imagination in a state of constant non-fulfillment and continually growing desires.
